Reviews
Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Prices as to be expected for London, but good portions. Not pleased that you had to buy a started and main (Especially as it meant I'd be too full to try a dessert).

- Tagliata Di Manzo Con Rucola E Scaglie Di Parmigiano
It was easy to see why Da Mario's has such high reviews - very fresh, high quality Italian dishes with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. We booked our table in advance (paying a £10 per head deposit that was then taken off the bill) and I would definitely recommend doing this to guarantee your space. They have a good range of pasta and meat dishes, however a lot of them contain alcohol. We were also made aware that we had to order starters for our table to help with the flow of the food, which makes sense but was a bit surprising. Prices are a bit high compared to other Italians in London, but I guess that's the added price of Covent Garden! Overall, a good experience.
I felt like we left London and flew to Italy. The food was absolutely divine, fresh and full of flavour. Everything was cooked to perfection. The red wine Chianti san Lorenzo was fruity and just the right balance, didn’t find it dry at all. The staff were so lovely, attentive and friendly. It’s a family owned restaurant, the owner even took the time to come over, speak with us and we had a good laugh. It’s a great place for an intimate setting with a small group of family and friends. I’m so glad I stumbled across the reviews online and booked this place before our theatre booking. It’s a must visit and I promise you this, once you’ve been here you will definitely be back again, like us.
Good food, reasonable prices. Staff are nice.
Only negative was i got a front door seat which other customer keep standing, taking loud and putting staff on the chair all the time. But overall, one of the best meal in London trip so far.
Nice little Italian places. Good food, nothing extrodinary. Most dishes had alcohol in them, which isn't what i was looking for in lunch. The roadwork made getting to the restaurant a tad more difficult but it wasn't noisy inside. Right sitting arrangement. Table for 2 used for 3 of us.
Best Italian in this busy corner of London!! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere and would definitely go there again.
A great Italian restaurant, really enjoyed the food and a warm welcome too. I would recommend booking , so your not disappointed. Will definitely be back 😁
Fabulous food, tad noisy and wish we got a table nearer the bottle section cos where we were was a bit dark to see the menu properly, food was fabulous!
